Breuder keeps design, fabrication, and construction in one crew so steel, millwork, openings, and finish can be resolved before demolition forces fast decisions. The same people are at closeout who were in the first meeting.

This is not a GC-to-sub machine. It is a shop that still reads the drawings and then welds, hangs, and finishes the parts that usually get handed off.
